First time embroidered logos must be digitized
>24 Pieces (complex logo): Must be quoted
Digitizing fees range from $40 – $200 for complicated logos
Name personalizations: +$8.00 per piece
Sizing: Standard embroidery is a 3.5″ x 3.5″ sewable area
Lettering under 1/4″ may not be legible.
THREAD COLORS
We use Madeira for our thread. Please use the button below to download a copy of the Madeira Polyneon color book. Please note that colors will appear different from the electronic book versus in person due to the fact that polyester shines different in person.
BEST PRACTICES
Text Size: No smaller than .25″.
Fonts: San Serif (non-decorative font) is recommended over serifs & scripted font.
Design: Simplify complicated designs.
Gradients: Avoid them.
Negative space: Reduce to avoid thread buckling.
