Contract Embroidery
How It Works

From your logo to finished embroidery.

Good embroidery starts before the machine ever runs. We prepare your artwork for stitching, confirm the details and then move the order into production.

STEP 01

Choose Your Products

Tell us what you're looking for, how many you need and how the apparel will be used. We'll help narrow down products that work well with embroidery.

STEP 02

Send Your Artwork

Email your logo or design to sales@arcaneapparel.com . Send the best-quality version you have and we'll review it.

STEP 03

We Prepare It for Stitching

Your artwork is converted into an embroidery-ready stitch file built around the design, size and product being decorated.

STEP 04

Approve Your Proof

Review the design, size, placement, thread colors and relevant production details before the order moves forward.

STEP 05

Production & Quality Check

Your order is embroidered in-house, reviewed by our team and prepared for pickup or delivery.

Made In-House

Stitch by stitch, consistency matters.

Embroidery is more than sending a logo to a machine. The quality of the digitizing, placement, thread selection and production setup all affect the finished result.

Commercial Multi-Head Production

Professional embroidery equipment lets us produce multiple garments consistently across business and group orders.

Proper Digitizing

Stitch direction, density, underlay and design size all matter when translating artwork into embroidery.

Color & Placement

Thread colors and placement are reviewed as part of the production setup so the finished piece looks intentional.

The Right Product Matters

Choose apparel that works with the decoration.

Embroidery looks its best when the garment, design and decoration method work together. We'll help you choose products that fit the look and use of your project.

Why Embroidery

When embroidery makes sense.

Embroidery offers a dimensional, professional finish that works particularly well for uniforms, headwear and premium branded apparel.

01

Professional Appearance

Stitched logos give polos, jackets and uniforms a polished look suited to customer-facing teams.

02

Dimensional Detail

Thread adds texture and depth that creates a different visual effect than a printed decoration.

03

Durable Decoration

Embroidery is well suited to apparel designed for repeated use and regular wear.

04

Ideal for Premium Products

Polos, hats, jackets and workwear often benefit from the more refined appearance of embroidery.

Common Questions

Before you place an embroidery order.

Don't see your question? Call 833-427-2263 or email sales@arcaneapparel.com .

Do you have a minimum order?

Our production is geared toward business and group orders rather than one-off pieces. Send us your quantity and project details and we'll help determine the best production option.

What does digitizing mean?

Embroidery machines don't simply read a normal image file. Artwork must be converted into a stitch file that tells the machine how the design should be sewn.

What artwork should I send?

Send the best-quality version of your logo or design that you have. Vector artwork is preferred when available, but our team can review your file and let you know what else may be needed.

Can you help choose thread colors?

Yes. If you have established brand colors, send that information with your artwork. We'll work through the appropriate thread-color options for the project.

Can you embroider hats?

Yes. Headwear is one of the most common products for embroidery. The style and construction of the hat can affect how a design should be prepared, so we'll help you select an appropriate option.

How long does embroidery take?

Production timing depends on the size and complexity of the order and our current production schedule. We'll provide timing for your specific project before production.
